I am active mostly in the community of Theoretical Computer Science, although I have co-organized some events in Pedagogy (ALE2011, Mecesup 2011), and I have been asked to referee research articles and thesis in the fields of DataBases, Cryptography, Human Computer Interaction, Mechanism Design and Pedagogy.

I am member of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) even though I am not really active with it. Beyond traditional activities, I also try to be active on modern forums such as CSTheory SE, Academia SE or TeX SE.

I coorganized or helped to organize the following Workshops and Summer Schools:
